MTG MAGIC THE GATHERING EVENTIDE MOL PREMIUM FOIL FACTORY SEALED COMPLETE SET OF 180 FOIL CARDS!!

$1,595.00

MTG MAGIC THE GATHERING EVENTIDE MOL PREMIUM FOIL FACTORY SEALED COMPLETE SET OF 180 FOIL CARDS!

NOT FROM PACKS

Factory sealed MOL (Magic Online) sets were never for sale and could only be obtained via a redemption process through the online game. The ability to redeem these sets expired years ago, which means there is a fixed quantity. Many players redeemed these sets to open and play with; it is incredibly rare to find a set like this still factory sealed.

In the coin world this is referred to as a 'proof set'.  For example, a 1995 uncirculated proof set of coins (1 each of a penny, nickel, dime, quarter and half dollar), have a face value of 91 cents.  Today you can expect to pay 10 to 20 times for the same set. This factory sealed set is the proof set of Magic.

We are actively buying Alpha and Beta booster boxes for $100,000 each. Not bad for a $39.95 retail item from 1993! Single cards go for high prices as well: a Black Lotus card graded 10 recently sold for $100,000! As a result of this success, MTG has blossomed into a legitimate investment.

While reasonably priced now, we can see these appreciating in value once investors and collectors realize their true significance.  Condition is key and these cards have never been packed in booster packs by Wizards of the Coast nor handled by a consumer.  The conditions of these cards are incredible!!

As an example, we pulled 4 Jace, the Mind Sculptors from 4 sets and received a BGS PRISTINE 10, a BGS GEM MINT 9.5 and 2 BGS MINT 9.0's! Raw, these were $400 at the time. We sold the BGS 10 for $8,000, the BGS 9.5 for $800, and the BGS 9.0’s for $500 each!

JUST WHAT IS MAGIC THE GATHERING ANYWAY?

Magic the Gathering is a game that is played and collected for enjoyment and invested in for financial gain. It represents the ultimate in investment potential due to the following:

Player preferences change throughout the year resulting in any random unforeseen card shooting up anywhere between 2 to 20 times in price.  This is because the strength of a card increases based on how it can be played. What was once a weak card can now become powerful and desirable.

As veteran players age and their disposable income increases, they can now afford to purchase complete sets in mint condition they had once or always wanted, but could not afford at the time.

Magic the Gathering's worldwide following and tournament structure is staggering! There are 12 million active players and a quarter of a million tournaments annually. In addition, there are 60 worldwide premiere tournaments with a $50,000 prize purse each. That's $3 million! There are also 4 pro tour events that award a combined $1.6 million a year!
